Industrial Architect (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our growing team in Wiltz. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design proposals
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather information for proposed designs
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet all safety requirements
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Prepare reports, specifications, and cost estimates for projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
