We are hiring a skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and functional requirements for commercial buildings.
- Research and analyze site conditions, zoning regulations, building codes, and other factors that may impact the design.
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, timelines, and progress reports for clients.
- Manage construction projects from conception to completion.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans.
- Review material samples and make recommendations for building materials that meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction work and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit).
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, construction methods, materials, and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
