Merchandiser for Retail Store in Albena, Bulgaria



We are in need of a Merchandiser to join our retail store team in the beautiful coastal city of Albena, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that the store is visually appealing and products are displayed in an organized and attractive manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an appealing way to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Receive shipments and ensure all products are tagged and priced correctly
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan seasonal displays and promotions
- Keep track of sales trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Conduct regular store walks to assess visual presentation and make necessary adjustments
- Train new employees on visual merchandising standards

Requirements:
- Experience as a Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser in a retail setting preferred
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide feedback on product placement
- Physically able to lift, move, and arrange heavy products on shelves as needed
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus

Salary: $1300 per month
