Our gardening company is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for various gardens and landscapes in the city. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and watering
- Plant new flowers, trees, and shrubs according to design plans
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues or diseases
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Keep garden areas clean and tidy
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of gardening techniques, tools, and equipment
- Familiarity with different types of plants and their care needs
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow design plans and instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills in order to work effectively with clients and team members

Preferred qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Horticulture or related field
- Experience working on large-scale landscaping projects
- Fluency in Russian

This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian candidates who have experience in gardening. English language proficiency is not required for this job.
