We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a luxury resort in the beautiful city of Nizwa, Oman. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences and has a strong background in fine dining and international cuisine.

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and staff training. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that our guests receive an unforgettable dining experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Indian dishes
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus and delivering high-quality dishes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be willing to relocate to Nizwa, Oman
