Experienced Mason


We are seeking an experienced Mason to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and patios using various types of materials including stone, brick, and concrete.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
- Prepare and layout construction sites by measuring and marking out designated areas
- Mix mortar or grout according to specifications
- Lay bricks or other materials in a pattern to create walls or other structures
- Cut or trim bricks or other materials to fit around windows, doors, corners, or other obstacles
- Use hand tools such as trowels, hammers, levels, and chisels to shape and smooth materials
- Install firebricks in high-temperature areas such as furnaces or chimneys
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or other materials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mason in a construction setting
- Experience working with various types of materials including stone, brick, and concrete
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and safety procedures
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport preferred

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.
