Part-Time Sales Manager
This is a part-time sales manager position in Al-Malikiyah, responsible for driving sales for our company. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and a strong understanding of the local market. They should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This role requires someone who is driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Negotiate contracts with clients
- Train and motivate sales team members
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability to work part-time hours
