Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Contract job:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
