We are a reputable construction company based in Chelyabinsk, seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and renovation of buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems and equipment
- Perform minor repairs on equipment and appliances
- Assist in the renovation of buildings by installing new fixtures or repairing existing ones
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance and construction work
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and blueprints
- Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
