Construction Carpenter



We are in need of a skilled Construction Carpenter to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will also be responsible for measuring and cutting materials to specifications, following blueprints and building plans.

Responsibilities:
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and framing
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalk lines or marking gauges
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients
- Install structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings or trim using carpentry tools
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using saws, chisels or other hand tools
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Read and interpret client requests to determine requirements for structures or fixtures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Proficient with hand tools such as saws, chisels and power tools
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work on a contract basis

Salary:
Starting salary of $1800 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
