Turner - Metal Machinist



We are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining metal cutting and shaping machines to create precise and quality products. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, so candidates must have their own valid work visa.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate machining operations
- Set up and operate metal cutting equipment such as lathes, mills, grinders, and drills
- Perform precision machining operations to create components according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain equipment by conducting regular maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the machining process
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Strong knowledge of metalworking principles, processes, and materials
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. Candidates must be Indian nationals with valid work visas. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset. The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
