Part-Time Barista for Utena Coffee Shop

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in Utena. As a part-time Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry or for students seeking a part-time job.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages in accordance with customer orders
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the preparation area, dining area, and restrooms
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Follow food safety standards to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of all food products

Requirements:
- Must be able to work part-time hours on weekdays and weekends
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beverages is preferred but not required
- Must have good time management skills and ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds

Salary: $1100 per month (part-time)
City: Utena, Lithuania (Indian nationals preferred)
