Indian Accountant (Contract Position) in Akron, USA


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Accountant to join our team on a contract basis in Akron, USA. As an Indian Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month and includes accommodation. A biometric passport is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Review and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes
- Conduct monthly closing procedures and assist with audits
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Quickbooks preferred)
- Knowledge of US GAAP is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification or working towards certification
- Experience working in a multinational company or within the US market
