Dishwasher for a Busy Restaurant in Bungoma

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at a busy restaurant in Bungoma. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1800$ per month, with potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using the appropriate methods and products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Empty and properly dispose of trash and recycling as needed
- Restock clean dishes, glasses, and silverware as needed
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as directed by kitchen staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and kitchen equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of food safety practices
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
