Factory Machine Operator

We are in need of a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various factory machines to ensure efficient production processes. Your main duties will include setting up machines before each production run, monitoring machine operations, and performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience operating factory machines and be familiar with different types of machines such as presses, conveyors, and packaging equipment. You should also have good technical skills and be able to troubleshoot issues that may arise during production. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
