Architecture Manager


Our architecture firm in Shan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. You will work closely with our team of architects and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans
- Oversee the development of detailed drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is in line with design plans
- Manage project budgets and control costs
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of a project
- Mentor and supervise junior staff members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other related software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
