Carpenter - Construction Worker


We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Shan, India. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other building materials. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and following building codes to ensure that projects are completed accurately and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or drawings
- Cut materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials together using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim or hardware
- Follow building codes and safety regulations while working on construction sites
- Inspect existing structures and identify any repairs or replacements needed
- Collaborate with other team members such as architects, engineers, or electricians to plan projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques and tools
- Good physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: 1400$ per month
