Carpenter

We are hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Shan, India. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing various structures and fixtures using wood and other materials. Your duties will include reading blueprints, taking measurements, and selecting appropriate materials for each project.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and tools, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings. Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination are essential qualities for a successful Carpenter.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure and cut wood or other materials according to project requirements
- Build structures such as walls, floors, roofs, or windows using hand or power tools
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, shelves, or doors
- Repair or replace damaged structures or fixtures
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
