Gardener

The Gardener will be responsible for maintaining, cultivating, and monitoring the health of plants and greenery in outdoor spaces. This includes planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding as needed. The Gardener will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing gardening tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery in designated areas
- Watering plants regularly and ensuring they receive proper nutrients
- Pruning and trimming plants to maintain their shape and promote growth
- Identifying and addressing pest or disease issues in plants
- Weeding gardens to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
- Maintaining garden beds by adding mulch or compost as needed
- Monitoring plant health and making recommendations for any necessary actions
- Repairing or replacing gardening tools as needed
- Operating power equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Keeping outdoor spaces clean and free of debris

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience in gardening or landscaping
- Knowledge of plant care techniques
- Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Triesen (or preference for a local candidate)
