We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database software
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data
- Create and maintain database documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database design for new applications
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in database management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Experience with database security, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cloud-based databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Salary: 1600$ per month
