Moderator (Contract Position)



We are seeking a responsible and organized Moderator to join our team in Lahore. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions, ensuring that all content complies with our company's guidelines and standards. You will also be responsible for handling user reports and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor online discussions and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Respond to user reports and address any issues or concerns
- Moderate user-generated content, such as comments, reviews, and posts
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement moderation strategies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience in online moderation or community management is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with internet privacy laws and regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary: 1300$ per month (contract position)

Location: Lahore (preference for Pakistani nationals)
