Metal Fabricator - Bergen, Norway


We are in need of a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating and repairing metal structures and equipment. Your duties may include welding, cutting, shaping, and assembling various types of metal using hand tools and machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience in metalworking and possess a biometric passport for travel purposes. This is a full-time position with competitive salary starting at $1300 per month. We are urgently seeking qualified candidates to fill this role.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Perform layout, cutting, bending, shaping, and welding of various metals using hand tools and machinery
- Operate equipment such as shears, brakes, drill presses, grinders, and saws
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality standards
- Repair or modify existing metal structures as needed
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while working with hazardous materials
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and machinery used in metal fabrication
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent knowledge of different types of metal including steel, aluminum, copper
- Biometric passport for travel purposes
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills
