Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff
- Ensure efficient use of resources and maintain budget
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all areas within the hotel
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: $1100 per month
