Administrative Manager - Dukhan
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team in Dukhan. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations in our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and janitorial staff
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to improve operations
- Oversee office maintenance, including supplies, equipment, and repairs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with biometric passport processes is a plus
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$. This position is open to all candidates who meet the requirements above. As an English-speaking company, fluency in English is required. We welcome applicants without prior experience as we are willing to train the right candidate.
