Sales Manager for Indian Market in Lusail
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in the Indian market, based in Lusail. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue from the Indian market. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct market analysis and present findings to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
- Travel frequently within India to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market research
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of Indian culture, customs, and business practices
- Ability to travel frequently within India as needed (approx. 30%)
- Biometric passport required for international travel
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission on sales. This is a contract job without accommodation.
