Land Surveyor in Nizwa, Oman


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and provide accurate measurements for construction projects. You will also be required to interpret and analyze survey data, prepare reports, and collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Prepare legal descriptions of property boundaries
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
- Keep detailed records of surveys, including notes, sketches, and digital data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of land surveying laws and regulations in Oman
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Valid driving license

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket.
