Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to improve sales strategies
- Develop pricing strategies based on market research and analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to travel for client meetings as needed

Salary: 1800$ per month
