Waiter/Waitress in Bansko, Bulgaria


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in the beautiful city of Bansko, Bulgaria. Our restaurant caters to a diverse clientele, including English-speaking guests and Filipino nationals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills in English and preferably Filipino languages, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and guide them to their tables
- Present menus and take orders from guests
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Take payment from guests and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or special events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills; knowledge of Filipino languages is an asset
- Must have valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming personality
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
