Waiter/Waitress - Malayalee (Bansko, Bulgaria)

As a Waiter/Waitress at our restaurant in Bansko, Bulgaria, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. We are specifically looking for Malayalee candidates who are able to communicate effectively in their native language. This is a great opportunity for someone with limited English skills as no English is required for this position. We also offer a free visa and ticket for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Serve food and drinks to guests following proper serving etiquette
- Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns promptly and efficiently
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and dining room

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (spoken language)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Salary: 900$ per month
