Job Title: Industrial Architect


We are seeking a skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and other related structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to safety and building regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations for their industrial facility
- Create detailed designs and plans for industrial buildings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and construction timelines
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
