Concierge for Indian Nationals in Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking a friendly and proactive Concierge to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Indian guests and assisting them with any needs or requests they may have during their stay. This position is open to candidates with all levels of English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Greet Indian guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel, city, and local attractions to help guests plan their stay
- Make restaurant reservations, book tours or transportation, and handle any other requests from guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for the front desk area

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people from different cultures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction
- Basic computer skills are required

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month.

Education:
Minimum education requirement is 12th grade pass.
