We are currently hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales team at a luxury hotel in the vibrant city of Muscat. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in hotel sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services for clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train and mentor the sales team to achieve their targets
- Keep updated on industry news, market trends, and customer needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and customer relationship management software
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
