A construction company in Sharjah is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and pathways using various materials including brick, stone, and concrete. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position is suitable for men of any nationality who are proficient in English and able to work legally in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or drawings to determine the scope of work
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
- Mix mortar and other materials according to specifications
- Lay bricks or stones in a predetermined pattern
- Install concrete blocks or slabs as needed
- Use specialized tools such as trowels, levels, and plumb bobs
- Repair or replace damaged brickwork or masonry
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Valid work permit for the UAE (free visa provided if needed)
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
