Back-End Developer (English-Speaking)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Back-End Developer to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, secure, and scalable server-side applications. Your role will involve collaborating with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of the user interface with server-side logic. You will also be expected to participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and debug issues, and continuously improve our software architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Back-End Developer
- Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language (e.g. Java, Python, Node.js)
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with server-side frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot) and API development tools (e.g. Postman)
- Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code that follows industry best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient server-side applications using back-end programming languages
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by optimizing code for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement data storage solutions using both relational databases and NoSQL databases
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth functioning of applications
- Continuously improve software architecture by staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Follow agile development methodologies and participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions
- Communicate effectively with team members, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
