Commercial Architect (Contract, Wiltz)

A commercial architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet all building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to determine project requirements and budget
- Creating preliminary designs and presenting them to clients for approval
- Developing detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Managing project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
- Strong communication skills for effectively working with clients and collaborating with other professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location: The position is located in Wiltz. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently living in the area.

Contract: This is a contract position with an initial duration of 1 year. There is potential for extension based on performance.
