Quality Assurance Engineer

Our growing tech company is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Vilnius. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our software products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will work closely with our development team to identify potential issues, develop test plans, and execute thorough testing procedures. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to think critically will be crucial in ensuring the success of our software products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for new and existing software products
- Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure all defects have been addressed
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
