Facade Specialist

We are in search of a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Sheduva. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation, repair, and maintenance of building facades. This role requires expertise in various facade materials such as glass, stone, metal, and concrete.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the installation of new facades on buildings
- Inspect existing facades for damages and coordinate repairs
- Manage a team of workers to ensure timely completion of facade projects
- Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure proper design and function of facades
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques in facade construction
- Maintain accurate records of project timelines, costs, and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience working with building facades
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of various facade materials and their installation techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Sheduva (Indian nationals preferred)
