Industrial Alpinist

Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial alpinism and be comfortable working at heights in various weather conditions. They must also have a good level of physical fitness and be able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial alpinism tasks such as cleaning, painting, and maintenance of high-rise structures.
- Conduct safety checks and inspections before and during projects.
- Use specialized equipment and techniques to access difficult-to-reach areas.
- Follow strict safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial alpinism.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Valid certification in industrial alpinism preferred.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
Sheduva, Lithuania (open to candidates from other countries with necessary work permits).
