Teamlead - Project Management
As a Teamlead in Project Management, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in project management. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, develop project plans and timelines, monitor progress, and ensure quality control. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the team's workload, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive team culture. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering successful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers to successfully deliver projects
- Develop project plans and timelines based on client needs
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and support to the team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Participate in meetings with clients to provide updates on project status
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Teamlead in Project Management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, etc.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Location: Los Angeles (open to Canadian citizens)
Salary: $900 per week (part-time)
