Executive Chef for Seasonal Restaurant in Nakuru, Kenya (Pakistani Nationals Only)

Our restaurant in Nakuru is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team during the busy holiday season. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing seasonal menus, overseeing kitchen operations, managing inventory and budget, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and seasonal menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, from ingredient selection to final presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, while staying within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, especially Pakistani dishes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and menu planning
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
