Sales Representative

We are a growing retail company in Nakuru looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out potential customers through cold calling, networking, and attending events
- Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive sales techniques
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English (Filipino or Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport (if non-Kenyan national)

Salary:
Starting salary of 1000$ per month plus commission on sales. Salary may increase based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Nakuru, Kenya.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Part-time opportunities may also be available.
