Restaurant Manager - Gujrat, India


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Gujrat, India. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining financial efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Manage budget and control costs to ensure financial efficiency
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices for products
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, goals, and improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to manage budget and control costs effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service
- Experience in creating marketing strategies is preferred
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
