Entry Level Restaurant Manager


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lahore. As an Entry Level Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Train and manage staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen assistants
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create work schedules for employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies to attract more customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry (previous managerial experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
