Job Title: Contract Administrator in Braga, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all contracts for our company. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized record of all contracts, including renewal dates, deadlines, and any relevant information
- Review and negotiate contract terms with clients and vendors
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements
- Track contract performance and provide regular reports to management
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of contract requirements
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and bids for new contracts
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to contract management
Requirements:
- Biometric passport required for international travel as needed for contract negotiations or meetings
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with legal terminology and contract law principles
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with government contracts is a plus
