Malayalee Chef in Dubai


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Malayalee Chef to join our team in Dubai. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Malayalee dishes that will delight our customers. You must have a strong knowledge of traditional Malayalee cuisine and be able to prepare dishes with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Malayalee dishes according to recipes and standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef specializing in Malayalee cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Malayalee dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai if not currently residing there

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
