Head Chef

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Dubai. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing and training a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Knowledge of various international cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer feedback, and industry trends
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff, setting performance standards and providing ongoing coaching
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
- Stay updated on food safety regulations and ensure compliance within the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus benefits for this position.
