We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Agricultural Farmer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As a Farmer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our farm, including planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient production of high-quality crops while adhering to sustainable farming practices.

Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest various crops such as fruits, vegetables, grains, and herbs
- Monitor crop health and identify any potential pests or diseases
- Implement pest control measures as needed
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used for farming activities
- Ensure proper irrigation and fertilization of crops
- Adhere to sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact
- Supervise and train farm workers in various tasks such as planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and other relevant data
- Coordinate with buyers or distributors for the sale of crops

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Farmer or similar role in agricultural production
- In-depth knowledge of different crops and their cultivation techniques
- Familiarity with sustainable farming practices is preferred
- Ability to operate machinery such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Physical stamina to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent time-management skills
- Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi if not already based there
Salary: $1000 per month (tax-free)
Nationality Preference: Pakistani
Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
