Surveyor - Land Surveying Specialist

Our company, a renowned land surveying firm in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and producing accurate measurements and data for various construction and development projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge in surveying equipment, techniques, and software as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in land surveying and hold a degree in Geomatics or related field. Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment including GPS, total station, and laser scanners
- Record precise measurements and data using surveying software
- Analyze collected data to produce maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate survey results
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and provide solutions
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in surveying technology and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment, techniques, and software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dubai
