As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our restaurant in Chelyabinsk. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to develop new menu items and ensure a high standard of quality in all pastry dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide range of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods according to our menu
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure that all pastry dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders when necessary
- Train junior pastry chefs in proper techniques and recipes
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the pastry offerings at our restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes for different types of pastries, desserts, and breads
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Creativity in developing new menu items that appeal to customers' tastes
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Education:
A degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field is preferred but not required. Prior experience as a Pastry Chef may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role may also involve standing for extended periods of time and lifting heavy objects.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
