Job Title: Warehouse Assistant


We are a growing company in need of a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Ufa, Russia. This position is open to all nationalities and offers a salary of $1300 per month. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. This is a full-time position with the possibility of part-time work available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and track stock movements
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and quality of products
- Operate various warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Communicate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Flexible schedule with availability for occasional overtime work if needed
